In our People Enablement Tech Department, we are seeking a skilled Workday HR Consultant to design, build, and maintain HR solutions with Workday and other HR systems. You will be part of our team of in-house HR consultants and collaborate very closely with HR, IT infrastructure, and different internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and automation across platforms. About the Role: - You use your expertise to supervise and develop the existing HR environment, find improvements and implement them - You step into the technical project lead role for your projects - You support the technical and functional implementation of processes by using Workday, Greenhouse and further systems - You understand the current business processes, identify gaps and suggest improvements and continuously optimize them - You work closely together with key users from HR and guarantee a stable environment - You accompany system and acceptance tests and document these thoroughly to create a profound bas...
