About This Role This role will lead the Heat Exchangers and Valves for the Climate Solutions Transportation BU. You will directly manage these categories and collaborate with Carrier’s global supply chain team to drive Resiliency, Productivity, and Innovation for this Business Unit. You will partner with the Business Leader to ensure our supply chain is connected to our customers. Key responsibilities include fostering cross-functional collaboration, managing vendor relationships, and leading a team of supply chain leaders. The role also focuses on cost optimization, innovation, and aligning sourcing with long-term product and technology strategies. Job Description: Collaborate with Sub BU and Global Category teams to build short and long-term strategies to ensure operational excellence and efficiencies are met. Establishes a cross-functional network and fosters collaboration with suppliers, wider supply chain organization, engineering, quality, and product management. Owns the vendor performance data and reports metrics to leadership.
