Position : Bartender Hourly : $1 1 .00/Hour, Plus Tips Flex/ Seasonal) Location : Resort/Pine Hills Reports to : Golf Course Manager *Posted from 4/28 - 5/3* Responsibilities : Attending all required training sessions and adhering to established rules, regulations, and policies. Participate in the employee random drug testing program and work effectively with individuals of diverse personalities. Wear the approved departmental uniform and report to work reliably and punctually. Maintain compliance with workplace policies and procedures, including answering and processing all incoming calls professionally. Monitor and maintain the quality, consistency, and portion controls for all dispensed drinks. Process monetary transactions accurately, adhere to revenue handling policies, and verify cash drawer daily. Stay informed of beverage specials, promotions, and prices, and fulfill guest requests promptly. Ensure responsible alcohol service, checking identification and monitoring for signs of intoxication.
