SALARY RANGE: $16.00 - $19.00: Sunrise FS is headquartered in Virginia, Illinois, with branches in Cass, Champaign, Clark, Douglas, Edgar, Mason and Vermillion counties. Sunrise FS has about 200 employees (including seasonal workers) and approximately 14,000 customers. The cooperative does business in agronomy, energy, grain, tires, irrigation, and retail. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT: Responsible for providing customer service and marketing assistance to increase customer satisfaction and maintain the reputation and profitability of the organization. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Compiles data and prepares accurate invoices for all service work and products sold in a timely manner to ensure accurate receivables. Reconciles inventory variances. Provides quality customer service to walk-in customers and on the phone. Assists in maintaining accurate inventory and inventory position (booking) records for all products.
