Windsor Farm Shop Assistant Purpose of the Role: To deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring high standards of presentation and food hygiene while supporting the smooth running of daily operations. Key Accountabilities: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all visitors. Serve customers efficiently. Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Serve customers products at the Delicatessen counter including hams, cheeses, baked pies etc. Operate tills accurately and follow all cash-handling procedures. Keep the shop floor clean, well-presented, and fully stocked throughout the day. Move stock to shop floor as required. Rotate stock, ensure accurate pricing, and help minimise wastage. Maintain strong product knowledge to support customer enquiries and maximise sales. Support kitchen operations, including basic food preparation. Uphold high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times. Complete required health and safety checklists in accordance with Crown Estate policies.
