As our Senior Corporate Counsel for Commercial/ Retail, you'll sit at the heart of Optus' Consumer legal team, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Commercial and Data. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the go-to legal partner for Optus' retail channels including Optus-owned stores, retail partners, mass market retailers and contact centres providing trusted, commercially focused advice that protects customers and drives the business forward. Operating in one of Australia's most competitive and heavily regulated industries, you'll bring strategic thinking and pragmatic solutions to complex legal challenges across sales practices, channel governance, compliance, privacy and consumer law and play a key role in shaping Optus' Consumer transformation agenda.
