Junior Researcher - App Subscription Business

Role Overview We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and highly organized Junior Researcher to support our growing portfolio of mobile subscription-based applications. This role is responsible for gathering, structuring, and synthesizing competitive, market, and product intelligence that directly informs monetization and growth decisions. The Junior Researcher will work closely with the Product, Growth, and BI teams, feeding insights into roadmap prioritization, competitor benchmarking, and monetization strategy. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, thinks critically about the mobile app ecosystem, and actively uses AI tools as part of their daily research workflow. Key Responsibilities: Competitive & Market Research: - Monitor and document competitor app strategies on a daily and weekly basis: pricing, paywalls, onboarding flows, feature releases, and ad placements. - Track trends in the mobile subscription and app monetization space (rewarded ads, free tiers, trial mechanics, etc.). - Compile structured reports and summaries that translate market signals into actionable insights for the product and growth teams. - Maintain and update a living competitor datab...
