Module Technician RTP - Night Shift

onsemi is seeking a Lead RTP Module Technician in a 300mm automated line, Hopewell Junction, NY. Will guide training and troubleshooting on AMAT Vantage and Centura systems. The position is intended to be a night position. - React to error messages of factory systems and/or equipment - Perform maintenance on AMAT Vantage and Centura Radiance, Radiance Vulcan, SiNgen, DPN chambers - Perform full preventive maintenance activities, which include: - Removal and installation of rebuilt assemblies or subassemblies within the allotted timeline, with attention to detail to achieve first-time right. - Ensuring assemblies are built to achieve target lifetimes - Perform leak checks on installed assemblies to ensure tool vacuum integrity - Review Statistical Process Control charts for process quality and react to Out of Control conditions, including defect troubleshooting - Perform visual inspections (quality check) - Recover from process and tool interruptions - Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost - Complete all required reporting and documentation - Understand and follow all health, safety, and environmental pr...
