FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt: REPORTS TO: Property Manager: POSITION OVERVIEW: The Property Management Cleaner/Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential properties, model units, common areas, and other assigned spaces. This position plays an important role in ensuring that properties are well-presented, move-in ready, and maintained in accordance with company standards. The Housekeeper supports the overall resident and guest experience while contributing to the Company’s mission. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Include but are not necessarily limited to the following: Property Cleaning and Maintenance: - Clean and sanitize leasing offices, model units, clubhouses, fitness centers, hallways, laundry rooms, restrooms, vacant units, and other common areas assigned. - Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures. - Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, countertops, sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, and mirrors. - Remove trash and debris from co...
