Targeted hire date July 6th: Job Description: - Set up machines: screen printer, Pick & Place, and reflow oven - Perform loading and unloading to and from machine independently - Set up feeder to machine per set up - Perform the simple machine change over - Identify the basic SMT components - Set up SMT parts to correct feeder - Make sure all process tools, stencils or fixtures are in house before starting the set-up process - Alert supervisory and maintenance colleagues regarding necessary equipment repairs - Ensure assembled product meets compliance standards - Work closely with SMT process engineer - Overtime may be required as needed Required Qualifications: - Required experience 2-3 years - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior contract manufacturing experience is a plus, but will train - Experience with component packages - Knowledge o...
