EquipmentShare is Hiring a Fleet Sales Support Intern EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Fleet Team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the summer of 2026. Primary Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of inbound email requests, and answer complex questions, in a timely fashion - Support the full lifecycle of the sales process, from inbound requests to invoicing - Work closely with partner teams, such as fleet operations, procurement, and marketing, as well as other stakeholders to ensure equipment sales and projects are on track. - Collaborate with sales and internal teams to understand and anticipate their needs - Manage strong relationships with customers and serve as a knowledgeable resource to support equipment sales - Maintain high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders - Drive operational improvements - process improvement - Identify marketplaces and ways to improve online conversion of sales Why EquipmentShare?: Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
