Senior Product Designer Department: Corporate/Administrative: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Remote- USA: Description: Trilon is building a supercharged, technology-enabled future for our people and partners. The Senior Product Designer plays a critical role in that mission by owning the end-to-end user experience of Trilon’s Digital Platform. This is a unique, high-impact role as the sole designer across the platform. You are responsible for defining the design system, interaction patterns, and overall user experience that span four product pods and a shared platform layer. You ensure that every tool feels consistent, intuitive, and immediately usable by engineers, project managers, and field staff across the organization. You operate at both the system level and the feature level. You establish the design language and component library that pods build against, and you partner with Product Managers and engineers to design workflows that reflect how work actually happens.
