As a Customer Experience Specialist at Sun Loan, you help customers by phone with their loan needs: applying for a loan, making payments, updating their account, or getting support if they fall behind. This is a beginner friendly role where you learn as you go. You’ll get coaching, training, and shadowing so you can grow your skills in customer experience, accuracy, and compliance. Your work helps customers feel supported and keeps our loan processes running smoothly.
