The purpose of the First Internet Bank internship program is to provide a hands-on experience in a business setting and present interns with real-world insight into the financial industry. This internship is a paid opportunity. What You Will Do: Develop an understanding of the commercial loan approval process and identify potential risks and mitigants. Develop an understanding of the Bank’s specialty finance program. Develop an understanding of the management and workout of special assets. Work with the Appraisal Review team to gain an understanding of the commercial appraisal process – appraisal bidding, engagement, review, tracking, and data management. Interact with multiple lines of businesses- Single Tenant Lease (STL), Acquisition Development and Construction (ADC), Commercial and Industrial (C&I), Small Business Administration (SBA).
