Test Technician

Job description

Job Purpose The Test Technician is responsible for testing, validating, and troubleshooting rack-mounted computing, server, and data storage systems. This role supports production, quality, and customer operations by executing manual, semi-automated, and automated test procedures, analyzing log files and scripts, and providing technical assistance to customers and internal teams. Responsibilities: Perform functional, system-level, and final testing on electronic systems and sub-assemblies. Work with manual, semi-automated, and automated test setups and scripts. Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and configuration-related issues. Interpret log files and test results to identify system faults. Document test results and deviations in accordance with established procedures. Provide technical support to customers in collaboration with internal teams. Contribute to improvements in test processes and quality assurance. Knowledge and Skills: Experience testing electronic systems or IT hardware.
