Senior Compliance Consultant, Underwriting

In accordance with state and department guidelines, this position performs a combination of duties which include responding to consumer complaints, state audits and inquiries, monitoring industry circulars and other regulatory and legislative changes, and data calls. The position will work closely with Legal, and Corporate Compliance to interpret requirements into desired actions, and provide recommendations to leadership for implementing changes. The role will need to keep up with state/territory issues and regulations which impact CNA products and processes and ensure requirements are defined and aligned, facilitating collaboration and monitoring progress throughout.
