About the Role We are seeking an experienced Grants & Community Accountant to take ownership of the financial management of our not-for-profit programs. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work autonomously, build structure, and deliver clear, accurate financial reporting across grant-funded activities. You will play a key role in setting up and optimising Xero, developing budgets, and producing monthly reporting packs that provide transparency to both internal stakeholders and funding bodies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys purpose-driven work, thrives in a self-managed environment, and has a strong understanding of grant compliance and not-for-profit accounting.
