Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues - Support and/or conduct investigations into employee complaints (e.g., harassment, misconduct, policy violations) - Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies and procedures - Promote a respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture - Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data - Process employee status changes (hires, terminations, promotions, transfers) - Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries - Answering employees' questions regarding their benefits and compensation options and assisting with the administration of their benefits. - Support payroll coordination as needed - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws - Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (e.g., HR Assistant or C...
