MDS/RAI COORDINATOR Home: Westside LTC: Location: Etobicoke, ON Hourly Wage: starting at $37.77 Position: MDS/RAI Coordinator Status: Part-Time Schedule: Day shifts 9:00am-5:00pm (30 hours/bi-weekly) Southbridge Care Homes provides exceptional acquisition, management, and redevelopment services for long-term care homes and retirement communities across Ontario. Reports to: Director of Care The MDS/RAI Coordinator supports residents by managing assessments, ensuring accurate documentation, and helping the care team provide the best possible environment and care.
