Job description
Handles all incoming telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, transfers calls to appropriate person(s) within the clinic or takes detailed messages. Schedules patients' appointments in-person at the reception desk or over the telephone. Also provides training and orientation of new staff and to ensure smooth clinic, patient flow by greeting and directing patients to their appointments by preparing the daily clinic schedule, by maintaining patients files and records.
