The Digital Readiness & Workforce Capability Consultant drives adoption and time-to-value for priority digital and workflow changes by translating tool rollouts into practical workforce enablement and sustained usage. The role partners with IT and internal portfolio owners to assess readiness, define role-based capability needs, and build scalable enablement and reinforcement that reduces friction for employees and managers. This position focuses on making changes usable in day-to-day work through manager guidance, job aids, targeted reinforcement, and adoption measurement rather than one-time training coordination.
