Sr. Maintenance Technician – JLL: What this job involves: This position focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial, commercial, and some residential equipment sitewide with a moderate to high percentage of hands-on "wrench time." The role requires high technical expertise across multiple disciplines including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, lighting, mechanical, HVAC, and machinist functions.
