That means instead of being capped at hourly, you’ll earn a percentage of your truck’s revenue. Top installers are estimated to make $60K–$75K annually. This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2+ years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.
