Your Role: As an IT Support Specialist, you provide IT end-user support services and help achieving IT service levels and a high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Respond to service requests and assist with technology needs of IT end-users and systems, providing technical support and resolution for requests, incidents, and problems.
