This role is ideal for someone empathetic, adaptable, and committed to excellence in food service. What You’ll Be Doing: - Prepare and cook daily meals that meet individual dietary requirements, including texture-modified options. - Plan and rotate menus in consultation with the Service Manager and residents. - Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene, safety and HACCP standards - Manage food purchasing, storage, and usage within budget guidelines. - Foster a safe and respectful kitchen environment, adhering to Safe Work Practices. About You: - Experience in aged care (preferred), including cook fresh/cook chill methodology - Certificate III in Hospitality, Commercial Cookery, or similar - Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and NSW Food Regulation requirements - Experience managing food purchasing within budget...
