This leadership role is responsible for occupancy management, regulatory compliance, resident engagement, housekeeping supervision, and maintaining a safe living environment. Housing Manager Responsibilities: Oversee daily housing operations and ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality Manage occupancy processes including inquiries, tours, applications, lease signings, move-ins, and move-outs Maintain compliance with fair housing regulations and applicable laws Supervise housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, payroll approval, evaluations, and team meetings Ensure building cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and timely unit turnovers Coordinate rent collection, approve invoices, maintain records, and manage office and activity supply inventories Engages tenants/residents in life‑enrichment acti...
