Trainer – Learning & Development 📍 Eccles, Manchester (with travel across Northern Healthcare services, including Yorkshire, Cumbria, Birmingham and Greater Manchester) 💰 £30,000 – £35,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance Inspire learning. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves developing people and wants to play a key role in shaping the skills, confidence and knowledge of colleagues working across our mental health services. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, engaging training that supports our teams to provide safe, effective and person-centred care. From welcoming new starters through our induction programme to delivering essential mandatory training, you will help ensure our colleagues are fully prepared to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.
