Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of technology related sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management experience. - Experience working with public cloud technologies in the enterprise segment. - People management experience. - Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally with executive customers, GSIs, and internal stakeholders. - Experience executing go-to-market campaigns with GSIs. Preferred qualifications: - Experience motivating partners to achieve mutually agreed upon business, product, and customer goals. - Experience working directly with, or for, service integrator consulting firms on large-scale technology and cloud transformations. - Experience managing teams through sales processes, operations, and career development, including account mapping, quota setting, and performance management. - Experience working with teams across a broad organization and influencing the overall strategy and outcome. - Experience mobilizing the partner ecosystem to build robust Google AI capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to translate Google Cloud's AI strategy into actionable, high-impact...
