This role orchestrates the Digital Technology operating model — spanning Digital Experience, Digital Platform Engineering, Digital AI Platform, Digital Client Integrations, SRE/DevOps/Automation, and Digital Architecture. The Chief of Staff drives prioritization, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic program management.
