About the role: As an Analyst Lead, Business Systems Analysis , you will support a portfolio of global clients by combining business analysis, technical support, and client-facing consulting. You will act as a key technical escalation point, ensure SLA adherence, and contribute to revenue-generating initiatives through solution design and delivery. What you will be doing: Serve as primary technical escalation and L2 support contact for assigned clients. Maintain strong understanding of client systems, configurations, and business processes. Resolve incidents, consult on system functionality, and provide best-practice recommendations. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support solution sign-off.
