OVERVIEW: The Junior Financial Analyst prepares and delivers reporting and analytic support for the Financial Planning & Analysis group. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for various weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual productivity reports and variance analyses for executive management team members; - Runs SQL queries and Elite reports to compile data and produce reporting, including: - Business Development statistics for pitch books, the Firm website and related materials; - Lawyer and Legal Assistant hours reports; - Tracking and analysis of client alternative fee arrangements; - Data requests from clients related to diversity and inclusion; - Pro Bono reporting; - Updates and maintains various databases utilized by other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency; - Collaborates with the IT department to support the implementation and ongoing use of the Partner Dashboard and business intelligence tools; - Provides support on various special projects, as assigned; - Handles ad hoc requests, as required; and - Performs other duties, as assigned.
