Title: Testing Services Administrator Employee Classification: Clerical & Secretarial: Institution: TCAT-Jackson: Department: Testing: Campus Location: TCAT Jackson: Job Summary: - Maintain and coordinate testing schedules for multiple testing vendors across all campus testing locations. - Oversee testing operations across multiple testing vendors, including entrance exams for health occupations programs, High School Equivalency (HSE) testing, and industry-recognized certification exams. - Ensure a secure, quiet, and professional testing environment that supports compliance with testing vendor standards and promotes a positive testing experience. - Manage and maintain the RegisterBlast scheduling platform, including test scheduling, reporting, student registration support, and related administrative functions. - Obtain and maintain certification and re-certification status with all assigned testing vendors in accordance with vendor policies and requirements. - Participate in required training, webinars, and professional development activities to remain current on testing vendor procedures, technology updates, and compliance standards. - Establish and maintain relationships with loc...
