Position Title: General Manager / Market Leader Location: Buffalo, WY Salary: $110,000-$135,000 Incentives: Annual Bonus + Equity Relocation Assistance: Available The General Manager/ Market Leader is responsible for the overall productivity and profitability of the market they service. This position will balance Safety, Quality, Productivity, Employee Engagement and Market Growth to achieve business goals in the area of Sales, Customer Net Promoter Score, Employee Engagement, Profitability and Growth, including retention of current customers, addition of new customers and the expansion of Service Lines. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, developing and engaging the Sales team and support staff, to achieve profitable, sustainable growth for the market. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work outside and visit beautiful properties. You’ll apply your expertise to ensure the health and well-being of each client’s landscape, as well as manage and mentor your team.
