STARK is seeking to hire an experienced Customer Service Lead for our Calhoun Georgia location. This role will be responsible for leading a group of CSR's and advicing team members on day-to-day operations. Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year! ** bonus details provided during the interview 1st Shift Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Job Description: Team Leadership & Operations - Lead a group of CSRs and advise team members on day-to-day operations - Support other team leads and Director of Customer Service - Assist leadership in operational priorities and process improvements - Monitor operational reporting and communicate trends to management Order Processing & Communications: - Manage end-to-end order processing with accuracy and timeliness - Oversee inbound/outbound email and phone communications with customers and dealers - Respond to customer comments, tickets, and inquiries professionally - Handle dealer phone calls as a knowledgeable point of contact Documentation & Systems: - Maintain shipping and logistics documents including BOLs and packing lists - Utilize Infor M3 ERP for order entry, tracking, and account management Core Competencies: - Customer...
