Store 4701823: 401 S Main St, Creve Coeur, Illinois 61610 Shift Availability: Days & Evenings Time Type: Part time Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. - Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash. - Field customer inquiries. - Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel. - Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay. - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. - Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code. Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages: 70% Customer Interaction 20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining) 5% Opening/Closing Procedures 5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties EXPERIENCE: - Excellent communication skills including active listening. - Excellent sales and customer service skills. - Ability to anticipate customer needs. - Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers. - Ability to work as a team. - Proficient computer skills with the abi...
