P&C Insurance Audit Manager

Job description

As an Audit Manager with a focus on Reinsurance and Insurance in Group Internal Audit (GIA), you will leverage your experience across the end-to-end value chain while contributing to a broad range of audit activities. You will regularly engage with senior stakeholders and functional leaders across multiple business units. This role offers the opportunity to address themes with enterprise-wide impact and to help shape and strengthen the risk culture at Swiss Re. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Audit Director for Re/Insurance audits to engage relevant stakeholders, continuously update risk assessments, and help shape the bi-annual audit plan. - Lead and execute a portfolio of audits, taking ownership of select engagements from planning through reporting, while contributing as a key team member on others.
