About the Opportunity Job Summary: Northeastern University is seeking a collaborative and consultative digital solutions analyst to support the identification, activation, adoption, and ongoing use of AI-enabled and enterprise digital tools across the university. This role blends business analysis, digital solutions engineering fundamentals, consulting, and enablement delivery to help staff adopt practical digital workflows that drive operational efficiency. This role supports university stakeholders, especially operational leaders, in the effective use of AI-enabled and enterprise digital tools by translating business needs into practical solutions, supporting implementation, creating documentation, and contributing to training and adoption activities tied to day-to-day workflows.
