The Engagement Mission sits within the SuperApp & Web squad — a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers building the core experience that millions of merchants interact with every day. This team owns the home screen of the SumUp Business App: the first thing a merchant sees when they open the app, and the surface that connects them to payments, banking, invoicing, loyalty, and more. We're growing the team because the roadmap is ambitious — new navigation patterns, deeper product integrations, and a full modularisation of the codebase — and we need someone who can hit the ground running and take real ownership from day one.
