Responsibilities: - Coordinate special part orders with manufactures and diligently follow up to ensure parts are received as quickly as possible. - Analyze service log to determine the physical customer units on the lot and whose parts have been received. - Assist with organizing and managing the parts shelves. - Participate in daily service meetings. - Provide constant communication with service managers, advisors, special order parts team and manufacturers. - Confirm parts are charged to work order, prior to being placed into the customer unit. - En...
