Job description

As a member of the Chapter of CJE’s within the Tribe Finance and Reporting , your mission is to take a leading role in the analysis and implementation of business driven changes in the financial accounting systems and processes used by the Accounting teams of ING Belgium. Concretely : - You collect and understand the business needs for business driven changes. You translate them into documented use cases with detailed business and data requirements ; - You make the impact analysis and you support to the definition of a solution fitting the needs. You communicate this in a clear and transparent way to your stakeholders ; - You make the bridge with Tech by translating the business and data requirements into a functional analysis and data flow designs ; - You create and document test cases and you gather the test data to support the functional and user tests ; - You support the business end user in the acceptance testing . You coordinate the resolution of test defects and you ensure a smooth transition to production ; - You develop and/or maintain the process documentation and/or the user manuals ; - You continuously deepen and broaden your knowledge and skills in your area of experti...
