Maintenance Tech, 3rd Shift BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K: AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Maintenance Tech in Crossville, TN. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. JOB DUTIES: - Troubleshoot and repair all production line and support equipment. - Perform Preventative Maintenance on all production line equipment, production support equipment and buildings. - Install new equipment, test and train others on proper and safe operation. - Be proficient at reading mechanical and electrical drawings. - Perform appropriate repairs with little to no supervision. - Perform all aspects of mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and repair. - Perform upgrades and modifications of existing equipment. Correct any unsafe acts or equipment. - Maintain accurate records. Including work completed logs, downtime tracking, etc. - Support manufacturing objectives. - Work closely with the Stock Room to obtain parts and follow stockroom procedures. - Assist in Stock Room Audits, to maintain correct quantities and parts. - Adhere to strict safety guidelines and company standards, utilizing PPE as required. - Adhere to company policies and procedures. - Maintain housekeeping standar...
