You work closely with the Primer Leader (the lead teacher) to support students academically, emotionally, and socially throughout the school day. This is not a passive assistant role. You are an active participant in instruction, culture, and operations — helping maintain routines, supporting small-group learning, observing student needs, and ensuring the classroom runs smoothly.
