Job Description – Operator (Molding): Core Competencies: - Good Attendance - Work Well with Others - Communication - Team Work - Attention to detail - Quality Orientation - Operating Equipment Flex-N-Gate Training Requirements: - High School Diploma or G.E.D - 1+ year experience in Automotive Industry - Basic Math Skills - Reading and Comprehension Skills Job Duties: ▪ degating of parts using ceramic knife ▪ removal of parts from degater machine ▪ sanding of parts ▪ flaming of parts ▪ hand trimming – ceramic / swivel knife - Removing parts from various injection molding machines. - Clean, inspect and perform several cosmetic functions to the component part that would include: - Performs assembly functions on some component parts, operation of tape machine or case cutter. - Moves materials and boxes, packages component parts into either cardboard container part racks or totes. - Maintains records of...
