Job description

Reports To: Director of Retail Pharmacy FLSA Classification: Full-Time, Non Exempt, Hourly $18.00-$21.00 Essential Functions: - HIPPA Compliance. - Provide clerical and technical assistance in the development, management, and operation of the Pharmacy to effectively and efficiently serve patients in the community. - Operate the Pharmacy business systems according to established procedures and standards, to include ordering, receiving, stocking,pricing,inventory,and billing. - Assist in the receipt, processing, and dispensing of orders from prescribers according to established procedures and standards. - Assist in the development and maintenance of appropriate records and reports according to established procedures and standards, and as directed. - Prepare insurance summaries; Audit procedures; order entry in computer system; third-party claims submission and reconciliation and unit-dose packaging. - Assist in the efficient operation of the department; participate actively in relevant department activity; provide suggestions on the development and operation of the Pharmacy; collaborate with other staff/administration in the development, management, and operation of the department an...
