What this job involves -: The Financial Controls Director on the Project & Development Services (PDS) team at JLL plays a critical role in overseeing and managing project controls for client projects. This position is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of project planning from a financial standpoint, cost and reporting are executed to the highest standards. The Director will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to forecast project budgets to help determine when project spend can be recognized by month and year in alignment with client objectives.
