Warehouse Associate

Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the fulfillment and shipment of customer orders. - Forklift, pallet jack, and/or other material handling equipment as part of the distribution process within a fast-paced warehouse setting - Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, equipment type, model, or part number - Efficiently moves and loads product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers - Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders, and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to center purchase orders - Performs proper packing and prep of all outbound orders - Performs QA check for equipment readiness and accuracy Qualifications: - Follow safety regulations while operating equipment Education and Experience: - High school diploma or G.E.D. required - Preferred 3 to 6 months experience in a warehouse environment - Training provided as necessary - Previous shipping/distribution and/or warehouse experience preferred - Must be able to successfully pass and maintain forklift certification - operate power industrial equipment as needed Physical Demands: The employee mu...
