They conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and take corrective actions promptly. Additionally, they enforce safety regulations, conduct safety briefings, coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for the project manager and subcontractors. Site Superintendents also submit Monthly Service Reports (MSR), track environmental hazards, and perform other duties as required to support project success.
