OVERVIEW : The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a technical recruiter role specializing in the geospatial, surveying, and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) sectors, incorporating industry trends and hiring demands as of early 2026. DURING YOUR WORK DAY, YOU WILL: - Perform full life cycle recruitment from opening job requisitions through issuing offers. - Utilize industry trends and/or social media to locate candidates. - Source passive candidates via recruitment marketing. - Collaborate on search strategy and leverage employee and manager networks to source experts in niche specialties. - Promote the company’s employee referral bonus program, devising special campaigns or contests to create interest and excitement. Evaluate the effectiveness of the program and recommend improvements. - Attend career fairs and possibly organize company hiring events. - Ensure a smooth handoff within HR through the offer, acceptance, and onboarding phases.
