Role Summary The Senior Technical Product Manager – Secured Finance is responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling secured financing products across Repo, Securities Lending, and Collateral Management. This role owns the product strategy and roadmap end ‑ to ‑ end, working closely with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology partners to drive product innovation, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence across the full trade lifecycle. The role requires deep domain expertise in secured financing markets, strong product management discipline, and the ability to translate business strategy into executable product and technology outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Ownership: - Own the product vision, strategy, and multi ‑ year roadmap for secured finance products (e.g., Repo, Reverse Repo, Securities Lending, Collateral Optimization). - Drive product expansion from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives, client needs, and market structure evolution. - Define clear product outcomes, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks aligned to business value and risk considerations.
