Job Description: As a Betting Cashier you will be responsible for delivering top customer service and driving standards on a daily basis. Reporting to the Betting Supervisor you will be part of the Betting Office Team, who will be serving customers and building a rapport. What you will do: - Deliver outstanding customer service. - Always urging safer gambling. - Process customer transactions including cash handling - Open, operate and close the Tote terminal so as to provide instant and diligent service to customers at both booths or tables offering a table service as required. - To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Betting Supervisor. - To ensure the Think 25 policy is adhered to at all times.
